I’m a Product Designer based in London, currently at Lyst.

I studied Industrial Design, which taught me to think about products as complete systems rather than a collection of nice screens. That way of thinking has stuck with me, and I still tend to obsess over everything from user needs and business goals to what’s actually happening behind the interface.

Since moving into digital products, I’ve worked across startups and consumer platforms, designing experiences, design systems, complex workflows and new product features. I like taking messy, ambiguous problems and making them feel simple, then spending probably too long on the details nobody is supposed to notice.

Lately, I’ve been designing and building in the same breath, prototyping in code so I can find out an idea is bad much faster than I used to.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time making things. Some become proper side projects, others live forever in a folder labelled “final-final-v2”, but I’m usually testing a new tool, chasing an idea, or finding an excuse to build something.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me on a tennis court, cycling around London, or six tabs deep researching something completely unrelated to what I was supposed to be doing.
